MINISTRY-MINDED MANAGEMENT FOR PURPOSE-DRIVEN ARTISTS WHO SEE THEIR PLATFORM AS A PLACE TO SERVE WITH HUMILITY

GET TO KNOW US

WHO WE ARE

Welcome to 3 Strands Management, a faith-based artist management company. Our business model is built around the belief that God should be at the center of the management relationship for a long and effective career. We believe that there should be 3 parties involved in a management relationship: the Artist, God, and Manager. With God at the center of it all, 3 Strands provides support to artists who have chosen to follow the calling God has placed on their lives. We help artists create a plan based on purpose-driven ministry and make decisions through thoughtful prayer that align with God’s plan for the artist’s life, choosing opportunities that make the most sense for their career.

WHAT WE DO

What is your story, and who needs to hear it?

What purpose has God placed inside of you, and what message are you carrying for the world?

At 3 Strands Management, these are the questions we believe every artist has to wrestle with. They are the foundation of the mission, because in Christian music, the song is never just a song. It is ministry. It is testimony. It is a vessel.

We believe God uses music to reach people in ways words alone sometimes cannot. He uses melodies, lyrics, stories, and honest moments to soften hearts, bring healing, stir hope, and remind people that they are not beyond His reach.

Our artists are committed to being vessels of God’s love, truth, and hope through their music. Whether the message is carried through Christian radio, independent platforms, live stages, recovery centers, prisons, schools, churches, or places far outside the walls of traditional ministry, the goal remains the same.

To reach people with the message of Jesus.

We sing, write, create, and serve with the hope that even one song might give one person a nudge toward wanting to know more about our awesome God.

WHAT WE
BELIEVE

At 3 Strands Management, we sense a movement in the air.

We love Christian radio, and we believe God is using it in a mighty and powerful way. We are deeply grateful for the platform it provides and, of course, we want to help provide songs that serve that space with excellence.

The question we keep asking is this: how do we reach the people who may never turn on Christian radio? How do we carry songs about God, Jesus, redemption, healing, and hope to the ones who would never go looking for them?

Well, it’s a good thing we love independent music.

We love the way independent artists are willing to go where traditional platforms may not always reach. We love the freedom, honesty, creativity, and grit that comes with music made outside the walls, music that can show up in bars, recovery centers, prisons, schools, churches, living rooms, playlists, festivals, and everywhere in between.

At 3 Strands Management, our artists have a common goal: to reach the unreachable.

They are not afraid to write songs about hard situations, real-life stories, and the kind of messy places where people often meet God for the first time. They travel to recovery centers during their tours, speak to teens, share their testimonies in prisons, and bring ministry into places that may never look like a traditional stage.

This is their ministry.

Our artists are committed to telling the truth through their music and their message. We believe there is a gap that needs to be filled, and God has called each of them to be part of the bridge.

We are here for songs that serve Christian radio, songs that live independently, songs that reach the church, and songs that reach the person who may never step foot inside one.

We are here, ready to witness how God will use these artists to continue the ministry.

OWNERS STORY

ABOUT

Krystal Polychronis is a Nashville-based music industry executive, No. 1 hit songwriter, author, artist manager, worship leader, performer, and former Junior Olympic national gymnast and elite gymnastics coach. She has built a distinctive career at the intersection of artistry, faith, ministry, mentorship, and creative development.

As the Founder and CEO of 3 Strands Management, Krystal leads with the guiding principle of Ecclesiastes 4:12, “a cord of three strands is not quickly broken,” and a mission of Ministry-Minded Management, helping artists use their gifts to inspire, serve, and minister through music.

Her journey began with a lifelong passion for both gymnastics and music. After achieving national recognition as a Junior Olympic gymnast, Krystal transitioned into coaching elite athletes before pursuing her calling in songwriting, worship leading, and performance. Her background as both an athlete and coach shaped her deep understanding of discipline, preparation, mentorship, excellence, and the emotional strength required to develop talent at a high level.

Before stepping fully into artist management, Krystal gained hands-on experience across nearly every layer of music and live performance. She has led worship, sung and performed for large audiences, organized setlists and show flow, supported live show production, assisted with live sound and mix needs, and helped shape vocal arrangements and vocal production. That practical experience gives her a unique ability to understand not only the business side of an artist’s career, but also the stage, the rehearsal room, the studio, the audience, and the spiritual responsibility behind the platform.

Krystal recorded in Boston, contributed music for non-profit organizations and international pop artists, and later moved to Nashville, where she placed second in the “Nashville Rising Song” contest and began honing her craft under the mentorship of an established publisher. Soon after, she landed on Nashville Songwriters’ Association International’s Writers to Watch list.

As a songwriter and creative strategist, Krystal understands how to help artists shape their message, sharpen their songs, build an audience, and grow a meaningful following. Her experience includes songwriting, vocal production, artist development, social media growth, audience building, brand positioning, and helping artists clarify not only what they want to say, but who they are called to reach.

A defining moment in her career came the night she met a young artist performing in a local bar. Seeing potential in both his voice and his message, she began managing him, helping shape his sound, build his team, grow his platform, and secure a record deal with Sony Provident. That artist was Ben Fuller, whose debut single “Who I Am,” co-written by Krystal, became a No. 1 Billboard hit and earned nominations for both a Dove Award, “Breakout Single of the Year,” and a K-LOVE Award.

In addition to her work in artist management, Krystal co-founded the nonprofit Jesus in a Bar, Nashville’s first faith-based songwriter round. The movement brings the hope of Christ to unconventional spaces, including bars, prisons, and nursing homes, through music, testimony, and community.

Krystal is also the author of Hero to Zero, a forthcoming book that explores identity, surrender, and purpose through her own story of faith and perseverance. The book expands on the same themes that define her creative and spiritual mission: laying down performance, stewarding purpose, and using every platform as a place to serve.
